Looking for new workout shoes? I got you covered! From running shoes, walking shoes, and trail shoes! Hitting the gym? I got that too. I can't lie... I love all these brands! They each offer something different whether it is comfort or style, it's hard to choose since they are all amazing! What's your favorite? Share with me in the comments below!

Running shoes:These shoes are designed to provide stability for runners by having a built-up heel. Runners strike the ground first with different parts of their foot, depending on the individual. The foot strike can be at the forward part of their heel, the midfoot, or the ball of the foot. Be sure to check for Wiggle Room - You should have about a thumb's width of room between the end of your longest toe and the front of the shoe.

Walking Shoes:Wearing walking shoes that are comfortable and fit your feet can help prevent injuries such as blisters and calluses. A walking shoe should also be fairly lightweight and provide good shock absorption.

Training shoes:These shoes are made for multi-directional movement, especially lateral (side-to-side) movement.

Trail shoes:These shoes are built more rugged than road shoes to protect the shoes and your feet from things you'll encounter on your run, like rocks, roots, and sticks. This means the uppers are frequently reinforced with synthetic overlays in key spots, like around the toes, heels, and sides of the shoes.

I hope these tips & shoe recommendations help you with your fitness journey. I know times are tough right now, but we are all in this together. Please reach out to me jazzexploring@gmail.com if you need someone to talk to during these times. Stay safe my friends.
